The manufacturer of electric forklift told everyone that to ensure the stable operation of the gantry, the roller can rotate freely, smoothly and evenly.
Then, we should pay attention to the left and right clearance of the inner and outer gantry of the forward-moving forklift. The installation position of the lateral roller shall be adjusted by adding or removing shims according to the required size to ensure that the clearance value between the roller and the inner and outer wall of the inner and outer gantry channel steel meets the standard. When the inner gantry is at the highest position, the clearance is 0.1~1.0mm. The manufacturer of the electric forklift told us that when the inner gantry is at the lowest position, the clearance is 0.1~1.0mm.
Then look at the left and right clearance of the fork frame of the forward-moving forklift. The adjustment method of the left and right clearance of the fork frame is the same as that of the inner and outer door frames, except that the standard clearance value is 0.1~1.0mm. After adjustment, make sure that the lifting fork frame and inner mast move smoothly. If the inner and outer gantry cannot fall freely through the fork when lowering from the maximum height, it needs to be readjusted.
